23 years running an agency
Mr. Sapourn spent 23 years as a principal of one of the largest privately held insurance agencies in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Before becoming CEO in 1987, he ran the agency’s commercial lines department. He also served as a director of one of the two largest trade associations for independent agents, and maintains his CIC and CRM designations through annual updates.
